This is my second set of Race Tech springs (different motorcycles) and they work just like they're supposed to. I'll always want a constant rate spring since I plan on doing some track days and constant rate is much preferred for the track. A progressive rate may be good for touring, but I still prefer the feel of these. They are helpful on the phone with tech assistance as well if needed. I got the .95 kg/mm springs and I weigh 205lbs without gear and they're perfect. The stock SV650s comes sprung for children I think, diving on the brakes like it's going to flip over and wallowing dangerously in the turns. These fixed it with standard weight oil. Emulators and a heavier oil will be coming, but it's already a whole different machine so to speak. No longer scary. The decals in the box came all mangled, but I bet Race Tech would happily supply some new ones if I asked. You have to cut the spacer to set it up for your bike and weight so keep that in mind.
