We assumed a "normal, crummy futon mattress would arrive". No, it's great! Comfortable to sit on, and to sleep on. Very good springs in this mattress. We're very happy with it. Recommended!Feel comfortable!Excellent delivery, good quality. Highly recommend.The thickness makes it comfortable. However, because of the thickness of this mattress, it is difficult going from the bed position to the couch position. I am hoping over time the mattress will bend a little easier. You have to remove the mattress to unhook the latch on the futon. It takes 2 people to do that because of the weight of the mattress.The cushion is very good looking and weighs a ton. It is not very comfortable to sleep on and it tries to slide off of the futon when up right.As described, prompt shipping, great packaging.Huge improvement over previous mattress. No odors. Great back support.This is a great mattress. I love it.
